Let's get into about:config first

Store all cache in memory

  • Set browser.cache.disk.enable to false
  • Set browser.cache.memory.enable to true
  • Right click anywhere and choose New -> Integer, create browser.cache.memory.capacity and set its value to size(kilobytes)

  • Set browser.cache.use_new_backend to 1
  • Use Tweak Network add-on to modify network config (Use 'Power' profile)
